Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-11 (draft)
This draft describes proposed terms for edulabs during our private US university / AP course pilot. Final terms will be published after review.
Accounts and roles
You sign in through our authentication provider and use the app as a teacher or a student. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Teacher content
Teachers retain ownership of the courses, questions, and exams they create. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload, and for the accuracy of content you publish.
Practice, not certification
Exams sold and delivered during the pilot are practice materials for study. They are not official assessments, certifications, or a substitute for any accredited exam.
Payments
Purchases are processed by our payment processor. Teachers receive payouts net of the platform fee. Refunds and disputes during the pilot are handled case by case; a formal policy will be set before public launch.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful material or content you do not have rights to.
- Do not attempt to leak, scrape, or redistribute another teacher's exam content.
- Do not misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimer and changes
The pilot service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or end the pilot, and update these draft terms, at any time.
